PSP X-Dither

A high quality mastering dither noise

The PSP X-Dither is a mastering processor for dithering and noise shaping (VST, RTAS and AAX for Windows; AudioUnit, VST, RTAS and AAX for Mac OSX). It is designed to cover a wide variety of situations where dithering or noise shaping is the way to maintain the quality of an original mix, group, or individual track during various steps of the recording and mastering process, including final digital mastering. .

I didn't think anyone could achieve what the PSP has achieved with the PSP X-dither: they created a selection of noise forms that allow me to create a result 16-bit font that sounds almost identical to the 24-bit font. With other dither algorithms, I often have to compromise, emitting a sound that distorts the tonality of the original source, or weakens the depth or smoothes out transients. But with PSP X-dither I can easily find the perfect shape for the music I'm working with.
