Plugados.com strongly recommends checking what software and / or hardware is needed to use the products and what are the minimum hardware requirements to use the software.   This information is always provided on the product page and on the manufacturer's website. Plugados.com does not reimburse products that require the use of other software (libraries specific to the digital audio workstation. Banks of software synthesizer presets).

The customer is responsible for having the necessary knowledge to use the product.   Issuing an exceptional refund is always at our company's discretion.

All decisions made by our company are final.

Plugados.com does not refund products that:

  • Cannot be used by the client due to hardware limitations.
  • Cannot be used by the client due to software limitations.
  • Cannot be used by the client due to insufficient knowledge / experience
  • All sales made on the Plugados.com website are final.
  • All products sold by Plugados.com are digital downloads, unless otherwise stated.  

Refund Policy

If you purchased as a consumer, have not started downloading, activating or authorizing the product and it has been less than seven days since we accepted your order, you can get a refund for any reason.   Let us know by following the instructions here.   If you decide to download, activate or authorize the product, you waive your right to a refund.  
In addition to the 7-day purchase period, if you have not started to download, activate or authorize the product, Plugados.com may offer a refund at its discretion.

• When a demo is available.   At Plugados.com, we will offer trial versions of products as they become available, for the sole purpose of allowing customers to try before purchasing.   We highly recommend that customers install these trial versions, if available, to ensure they work on their system prior to purchase.
• When a series was registered / activated, the product was used and shows no signs of technical failure.   At Plugados.com, we sell a variety of different products, with different registration / activation methods.   Once the product is registered, activated or the download has started, you will not be able to receive a refund under any circumstances (unless the product is defective or unsuitable for your use , in which case you have the right to repair or replace the product).   Fully working products for which no license is required are also not refundable.
• Products that were purchased in an incorrect format for your system.   At Plugados.com, we clearly indicate relevant information on a product's system requirements on all product pages.   Apple and Windows symbols are displayed in the upper right corner of a product page to indicate product system compatibility.   Customers take responsibility for having correct knowledge of the minimum system requirements of the product.  
• Individual products that were purchased in a Bundle + product.   Products purchased within a Bundle + cannot be individually refunded.   A full package refund + will be possible within 14 days of purchase if none of the products in the package have been activated, authorized or downloaded.
Customers are also encouraged to note:  
• This refund policy is subject to and should be read in conjunction with the Site Terms and Conditions.  
• As a reseller, at Plugados.com, we are required to comply with the refund policy of each manufacturer.   In some cases, we cannot grant a refund instantly, as we must first request permission from the manufacturer.  
• At Plugados.com, we often offer flash sales and other promotions subject to change.   For this reason, we cannot offer credit on purchases that were purchased before a sale or in a separate promotion.
• We cannot offer refunds in the form of virtual money / credit or exchanges.   All refunds will be refunded using the original payment method.  
• All refund requests must be received within 7 days of purchase • If you think you are eligible for a refund, please email as@Plugados.com with the following info:

- Your order number and your registered email address at Plugados.com. 

- A short description of what system and DAW, and the exact version you are using (for example, OS X, version 10.11.6 / Logic X)  

- The reason for your refund request.   If the problem is technical, we will ask for a description of the problem and screenshots, if possible.

Digital Products

Digital products are sent by email and nothing is physically sent to you.   Most products are delivered instantly and will be marked as "Instant Delivery" in these cases.   All other products are processed manually and can take up to 24 hours on weekdays.  
Due to the irrevocable nature of digital products, we cannot offer returns or refunds for any order.

Software compatibility

It is your responsibility to ensure that a product is compatible with your system.   Many products have available demo / evaluation periods and information on system requirements.   If you are not sure if a product is compatible with your system, please email to@Plugados.com before purchasing to make sure it works properly.

Plugados.com does not refund products which require other software to use (Digital Audio Workstation-specific libraries. Software Synth Preset Banks).

The customer bears the responsibility to have knowledge required to use the product. The issue of an exceptional refund is always made at the discretion of our company. All decisions made by our company are final.

  • All products sold by   Plugados.com   are digital downloads unless stated otherwise. Digital Products

    Software Compatibility

    REFUND POLICY

    Plugados.com   does not refund for the following products:

    Where there is a demo trial available. At   Plugados.com   we will offer trial versions for products when available, with the sole purpose of allowing customers to try before they buy.

    We strongly encourage customers to install these trial versions if they are available to ensure they will work on their system prior to purchasing.

    Where the serial has been registered / activated, the product has been used and is displaying no signs of technical fault. At   Plugados.com   we sell a range of different products with varying registration / activation methods. Once the product has been registered, activated or if downloading has commenced, you will not be able to receive a refund under any circumstances (unless the product is faulty or not fit for use, in which case you have the right to have your product repaired orreplaced). Fully functioning products where no license is required are also non-refundable.

    Products that were purchased in an incorrect format for your system. At   Plugados.com   we clearly state on all product pages the relevant information, in regard to a product's system requirements. Symbols for Apple and Windows are shown at the top right of a product page to indicate the product's system compatibility. Customers bear the responsibility to have the correct knowledge of the minimum product system requirements.

    Individual products that have been purchased within a Bundle + product. Any products purchased within a Bundle + cannot be refunded individually. A refund on the full Bundle + will be possible within 14 days of purchase if none of the products in the Bundle have been activated, authorized or downloaded.  

    Customers are also advised to note:

    As a reseller, we at   Plugados.com   are required to adhere to each manufacturer's policy on refunds. In some cases, we are unable to instantly grant a refund as we must request permission from the manufacturer, first.

    At   Plugados.com   we frequently offer flash sales and other promotions which are subject to change. Because of this, we cannot offer credit on purchases which were purchased before a sale / or whilst on a separate promotion.

    We are unable to offer refunds in form of Virtual Cash / credit or exchange. All refunds will be refunded via the original payment method.
