The 1929 Galaxy II German Baby Grand is based on the Blüthner Model 150, built in 1929. This wonderful instrument surprised us when we found it at a German piano manufacturer. It's a beautiful 75 year old grand piano, with a warm vintage sound with a wonderful intimate tone. Many great composers, conductors and interpreters owned Blüthner pianos, including Bartok, Debussy or Tchaikovsky. Blüthners has also been used in pop music, including the Beatles' album Let It Be, particularly in hits 'Let It Be' and 'The Long and Winding Road'.

  Galaxy II BluethnerBlüthner piano company has been manufacturing the best pianos in Europe at its factory in Leipzig, Germany since 1853.
